Formulated to clean solvent, overcoatings, adhesives and sealers used in gravure and flexographic printing. Specially designed for publication printers using Toluene-based inks.
Nutre Clean 150 can be used full strength as a hand wipe, immersion solution or automated in a spray cleaner (where permitted by law) or ultrasonic system.
Cleaning is accomplished at normal room temperatures, no heating is required. It may be heated to a maximum operating temperature of 99 degrees Fahrenheit, in keeping compliance with OSHA CFR 1910.108 when heated. Nutre Clean 150 has a 149 degree Fahrenheit T.C.C. flash point and is always used full strength. This solvent may be vacuum-distilled or reclaimed using membrane filtration technology.
Performance
High solvency cleans fast. Nutre Clean 150’s low vapor pressure and high soil loading capacity reduces solvent use and evaporative loss.

Performance
Excellent product for automated wash systems. Cleans Nitrocellulose inks. High solvency cleans fast. Its low vapor pressure and high soil loading capacity reduces solvent use and evaporative loss. Low odor enhances workplace conditions.
Safety
Biodegradable for the environment, reduces reporting requirements and eliminates hazards associated with leaks and spills. Non-toxic, by U.S. Government standards. Nutre Clean 170 ingredients are not subject to reporting requirements of SARA 313 and 40 CFR 372.

Designed and formulated to clean solvent and water-based inks, overcoatings, adhesives and sealers used in gravure and flexographic printing. Nutre Clean 175WS is a heterocyclic bipolar compound. It cleans both solvent AND water-based inks and other materials.
Performance
Nutre Clean 175WS is designed to clean water-based and solvent-based, overcoatings, and adhesives all at the same time. High solvency cleans fast. Its low vapor pressure and high soil loading capacity reduces solvent use and evaporative loss. Low odor enhances workplace conditions.
Safety

Designed and formulated to clean water-based inks, overcoatings, adhesives and sealers used in gravure and flexographic printing. It is used full strength as a hand wipe, immersion or automated in spray cleaner and ultrasonics.
Performance
Excellent for water-based or Ammonia inks. High solvency cleans fast. Is extremely effective on Ammonia based inks. Effective ink remover and does not leave any residues behind.
Safety
Biodegradable for the environment, reduces reporting requirements and eliminated hazards associated with leaks and spills. Non-toxic, by U.S. Government standards. Nutre Clean 350 ingredients are not subject to reporting requirements of SARA 313 and 40 CFR 372.

It may be heated to a maximum operating temperature of 180 degrees Fahrenheit and does comply with OSHA CFR 1910.108 when heated to 214 degrees Fahrenheit. Nutre Clean 350 has a 264 degree Fahrenheit T.C.C. flash point and can be diluted with water. For best performance use at full strength. This solvent may be reclaimed using membrane filtration technology.

Anilox Roll Cleaner that’s Environmentally Safe
A camouflage film and ink remover that improves colors and density and eliminates the cost of returning anilox rolls for re-coating due to plugged cells. Nutre Clean 800 is formulated to penetrate and remove the heaviest buildup of films and camouflage from anilox rolls.
