One of the open channel style anilox rolls is ideal, there is many names for them from the suppliers. The trick though for smooth coverage is a super hard plate tape and a plate with micro-screening. But jbweld has steel epoxy for 5 bucks Hi longtimefan I reckon that stuff could be used for dings and dents on CIC.What do you reckon? Gorilla Central impression cylinder for narrow web? It has to be sanded smooth...can that be done wo damaging surrounding area? But if working fast, could smooth it...

Hi, try the HOW anilox range from Sandon Global. we normally go with the HOW3. running UV Opaque white.

Hi Leadpress,

If it's a Nilpeter FA series you will have to use the offset function. Depending on if the die register advances or not put in for example - or + 0.5mm depending on the amount of correction needed. Also make sure your repeat length is typed in correctly.

Hi, On the tension control panel should be two settings. Film or Label. Select film. also try to set tension infeed command 055.0, Pacing command at 065.0 and exit command 1400.
