We are ooking for opinions on a Proofing Solution, we will be using an Epson 7900WT with either GMG Colorproof 5.1 software or Esko's FlexProof 10e proofing software. Does anyone have experience on either of these software products?

We use the GMG FlexoProof and have found it to be pretty good. We use to have the DuPont CromaPro, and we had a lot better results with that. GMG has not disappointed us, just doesn't have the same ease of use and operation as the CromaPro.

I would definitely go for the GMG rip. I am using it right now with an Epson 7900. Do you really need the white print? This thing is not quite there yet and the way the set-up on the proofer is done makes the whole gamut much smaller. I would use it for more realistic mock-ups but definitely not for contract proofing.
