Has anyone experienced waterbased ink not drying (adhering curing) over UV white? I have had some issues with some jobs I run on clear BOPP where the water based ink scratches off right off the press but after sitting around minutes its fine. Is it the UV white water based combo or the UV white note curing or the BOPP???

Probably white not curing. No UV varnish on top?

the label actually has a pattern UV varnish over top where the varnish is the ink is fine.... Sadly that's only covers maybe twenty percent of the image..

We have issues with U.V. adhering to the BOPP, it is fully cured just wont adhere properly. Have you tried corona treating the material, or putting down a primer first before the U.V. white prints?

do you have a sample of what it looks like? If you are only using two colors or even three, turn on the two previous uv lamps before hitting it with white uv ink, let it cure through two more lamps after that and then put the waterbase on top
