Hi Maykon,

It appears that you are interested in fluorescent inks.

I am not qualified to advise you on how to manufacture printing ink. In fact, I would not make my own ink. I would rely on the expertise of ink and coating manufacturers. Making ink is highly technical and specialized.

I would consult with ink manufacturers.

Perhaps someone here has better advice.

Hello! I'm with Frank on this one, we mix all of our own P.M.S. inks in house but we order all the Florescent inks premixed from the manufacturer. Never had a single problem doing it that way.

I might add that my understanding is that fluorescent inks are special, with large pigments that make for higher operating viscosity and there is a risk of burning the pigment if adding amines to elevate the pH.

Maykon, fluorescent ink are not made by adding an ingredient to "normal" ink. They use special, fluorescent pigments.
