Mark Andy 2200 roll end shut off

Anyone know why I am getting a fault that says roll end shut off yet I have 4500’ still on the roll? Press won’t jog, idle or run. I have tried resetting the fault and also bypassing the sensor behind the press at roll unwind but nothing is working. Hope someone can help!
