Mark Andy 4200 hard drive issue

This is a long shot. We have a Mark Andy 4200 that we have been limping along. We are having an issue with the hard drive, and need help. Is there anyone that knows what the format is on the SCSI drive? We have the boot disk, so we just need to get it formatted so the press will see it or if someone has a drive, please let me know. Thanks.
