Targeting Dry Ink gsm 0.8 to 1

How to find a Anilox which could give a dry ink gsm of 0.8 to 1 gsm on a PET substrate when printing reverse for a white ink.
I think the soild contents of Ink also do matter? What should be the formulations to achieve this gsm.?
Its a Double Doctor Blade sysytem. Its A CI Press I am talking about running at 250 mpm. What other factors to be noted to achieve this.
Its a solvent based ink.
Any other things you would suggest ?
