OSRAM Linex lamps/bulbs

Hi,

I am having an issue at the plant that I work in. We are having an issue with lamps on an Fleye inspection camera system. One of the lamps has blown and I cannot find anwhere that supplies the lamp or equivalent.

It is an Osram Linex A4-1 0w24, W70, 0909455 fluorscent tube.

I would appreciate the lead.
