Offset printing plates

Hello there, Recently are company is getting involved in offset printing its a 2 color 26.5 inch press we have no knowledge on that type of printing. Are history is flexo, I'm looking for a company that can make are offset plates please let me know of a company that provides that type of service. Thank you
