UV lamp issues

Good morning,
I was asked to replace a 11" AAA uv lamp because there were curing issues at the edges of the web.
I installed a new lamp, allowed it time to reach temperature, and the run continued without any issue.
At the next stop the lamp went into a under current fault. I cleared the fault and restarted the lamp. It ran again without issue until the next stop.
I then tried a new lamp from a different vendor, and had the same issue.
I just reinstalled the original lamp (curing issue) and it works normally.
Has anyone seen a similar issue? Any suggestions?
