Vinyl Paper Suppliers

Hi we are having major issues with our Vinyl that we are using. It is a 4Mil Flexible White Top Coat Vinyl 50lb stock. Any suggestions on suppliers or manufacturers on the East Coast? It is for a Mark Andy Press.
