Hi guys,
Have a question about calculating the proper stepping of plates.
Have a 25.5" Sleeve that I usually print 2 around - BCD 7.99
So to print 2 around I usually go 7.99 + .067 (plate) + .067 (plate) + .02 (backing) + .02(backing) - .004(print tension) = 8.16 x 3.14159 = 25.67 / 2 = 12.84 (Print Repeat)
What I'm trying to figure out if is I can use this sleeve to print a stepped 3 around and if so what would be the difference in calculation. I'm trying to print in the range of 8.75. So I would go .107 plate and .06 backing if I need too.Just need to know how the calculation would be different printing 3 around instead of 2.
Thanks for any help.
