Make those bearers solid and you should see some improvement. If you need job info/cross-hair just invert everything.. but should be solid the whole length of plate.

Do you have bearers on the plate? Leading edge looks to be keying a thick bearer at 100% should take care of it

Is it a servo press? You should have a format correction option for this issue. I've never had to shorten a format only lengthen do to snapback. Do you get alot of curl after die cutting?

Old post but all you need to do is multiply the total number needed by the label repeat. (length of label and gap together, left of label to left of label). And if its more then 1 up just divide the length calculated by the number across the web. Example for a 66 tooth run 30,000 labels X104.775 mm ...

Hot melt or acrylic? Both? when running hot melt adhesive, we spray the sides of the rolls with some silicone. It may not go away completely but it will definitely slow the build up.


Also check nip pressures aren't to high.

Hi all we're trying to lay down a lacquer on the backside of some 100 gsm paper, when folded and heat is applied it is supossed to create a seal. It has been done and I have samples to compare to which work. however we did not print them and we are having trouble finding any info out. Anyone have ex...
